What do you do? Alternative finances and investing.
How’d you hear/find out about CrossFit and how long have you been doing it? What motivated you to give it a try in the first place? I’ve been friends with Ari Zieja (the girl who did the nutrition stuff for us) for 10 years or so. She knew Steph and invited me to one of the first workouts at CrossFit NCS in August, and I decided it would do me some good.
How has CrossFit impacted your life? Made my rock climbing stronger! Also doubled the amount of money I spend on food.
What do you enjoy about being a member at CrossFit NCS? The coaches are fun and quite competent, the workouts are varied, and the people you suffer through those workouts with are all good people.
What’s your favorite workout? CrossFit Total.
What would your birthday workout be? Hiking or climbing something. I’m pretty much just in an indoor gym to make those things easier.
