#WednesdayWorkout – 1.18.2017

This week’s #WednesdayWorkout is one you can do at home. It’s a different format than last week’s, and it’s all bodyweight and it’ll leave you sweaty and smiling. Give it a try!

“Envision Yourself Greater”

Warmup:
10 burpees
10 situps
10 large arm circles forward
10 large arm circles backward
5 inch worms

Workout:
3 rounds:
1 min: as many repetitions as possible of alternating lunges 
1 min: as many repetitions as possible of mountain climbers 
1 min: as many repetitions as possible of push-ups
1 min: as many repetitions as possible of porch step jumps or line jumps
Rest 2 mins

Your score is total repetitions.
