Want to see what it’s about before you jump in?! Let’s do it!
Our free New Athlete Intro is the perfect way to get acquainted with our coaches and programs here at CrossFit NCS. Here's how the Intro process works:
1. Attend a free 30-minute consultation with one of our coaches to get to know you and your goals, and for you to get to know us and how we can help you meet your goals. We'll discuss our unlimited membership as well as our 1-on-1 personal training options. Finally, we'll do quick workout to assess where you are with your fitness today.
2. Attend a free trial group CrossFit class where you'll have one of our coaches working with you 1-on-1 within that class. We'll walk you through all of the movements and ensure you have a positive first class at CrossFit NCS.
3. Attend another free trial group CrossFit class where you'll have another of our coaches paired with you 1-on-1 within the class. It'll be the same format as #2.
4. At the end of your second trial class, we'll get you signed up with a membership to CrossFit NCS and you'll now be able to attend our group CrossFit classes on your own!
5. Attend our free 90-minute CrossFit On-Ramp Class to get acquainted with CrossFit's 9 Foundational Movements. At the end, you'll do a quick workout, too. You'll also learn more about why CrossFit is effective, and about how to fuel yourself and recover from workouts.
