4. We accomplish things we never would’ve dreamed of had we not stepped into a CrossFit gym for the first time. Lifting heavy things, getting our first unassisted pull-up, achieving personal records – it never gets old!

8. We complete a different workout every single day. One of the cornerstones of CrossFit is that it’s constantly varied. No two days are ever the same, and it keeps us coming back for more!
