“My favorite part about NCS specifically is the strong sense of community, it seems like every member knows and gets along with each other well. Coming from coaching at a “big” gym, it was a breath of fresh air to be able to find that sense of community once again!”

“One thing unique I can offer to my personal training clients is coming from college sports I have developed an in depth understanding of strength training (squat, deadlift, clean) this, in addition to having several years of experience with fundamental gymnastics movements, has prepared me with the proper tools to help individuals build foundational strength and improve performance.”
What do you love most about being a CrossFit coach?
“What I love most about being a CrossFit Coach is being able to help people become a little bit better every day. Whether it is a quick cue to fix their form or pushing them to get out of their comfort zone, it is my pleasure to be able to improve the lives of the community around me.”
