What do you love most about NCS?
“When I think about what sets NCS apart from other CrossFit gyms, and what made me pick NCS out of all the Colorado Springs gyms, it’s the people…the community. It’s truly special and it’s honestly the best group of people I’ve had the pleasure of training with and coaching to date. It’s a little family and I just think the vibes at NCS are awesome.”
Tell us more about your nutrition services!
“If you guys haven’t noticed by now, nutrition is kind of my jam! I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and I recently started offering nutrition services to CrossFit NCS members!! This covers a lot of topics, from just plain macro calculations, to hormone balancing, to body re-composition, to gut issues, etc. For pretty much any fitness or performance goal you have, nutrition is likely to play a role and that’s what I’m here to help with! I’m super pumped about this and anyone interested can text me, email me or talk to me in person to set up a free initial consultation to figure out how this whole nutrition thing works and how to get started.”
What do you love most about being a CrossFit coach?
“The thing I love most about being a CrossFit coach is getting to know the members from two different perspectives. I get to work out with them as a classmate and then I also get to give them advice, hear their struggles, be a part of their growth and support them in a totally unique way. I think it’s super cool and I’m always grateful for this opportunity to be a part of so many peoples’ health journeys.”
What do you love most about CrossFit?
“The thing I love most about CrossFit is actually two things: 1. You can’t beat the community and support you get at a CrossFit gym. It’s so powerful! 2. There are soooo many movements and little things to improve all the time that it’s almost impossible to get bored. It’s always exciting and challenging and it teaches you a lot about yourself.”
